　　5. Under the leadership of the general manager of the company, implement the catering business policy, various rules and regulations and leadership decisions.

　　6. Take full responsibility for the completion of production organization, product quality, catering services and budget tasks.

　　7. Inspect and supervise the daily operation and management of each subordinate branch.

　　8. Regularly go to various departments to listen to reports and check the work situation, macro-control the income and expenditure of the catering department, supervise procurement and inventory, and effectively control costs.

　　9. Regularly or irregularly evaluate the performance of management personnel, implement rewards and punishments in accordance with the reward and punishment system, and make personnel appointments, removals and adjustments in a timely manner.
